27 - 30th Dec. 2014: 2 - Day Training Seminar on "Problem Solving Through 5 Why’s, 8D & Six Sigma" at M/s Pacific Controls Systems (L.L.C.), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

9th July 2014: A one Day Training Seminar on "5S and Mindset Revolution" at M/s Ramco Steels Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad, Haryana, India.

18th April 2014: A one Day Training Seminar on "5S and Mindset Revolution" " at M/s Pranav Vikas (India) Ltd., Faridabad, Haryana, India.

April 22-23, 2014: 2-Day Workshop on "Quality & Efficiency Through Lean" at Haridwar (Uttarakhand)

February 20-21, 2014: TORQUE’s 2 day Lean Foundation Programme held in Pantnagar was a resounding success. There has been feedback that this kind of training be held frequently so that more topics can be covered. We at TORQUE are working towards a plan for that.

TORQUE has held one day workshops in Haridwar on Awareness Revolution, 5S & Waste Control, Quality & Efficiency Through Flow Production and 5S-Revolution & Positive Mindset. This was found to be very useful for the local industry..

December 12th, 2013: TORQUE’s one-day workshop on 5S and 7 Wastes in Delhi was a great success with 12 companies participating. The feedback from the workshop was very positive and we intend to do more such seminars and workshops in the future.

November 15th 2013: TORQUE’S one-day workshop on November 15th on 5s and 7 deadly Wastes at New Delhi received an overwhelming response. 15 members from various reputed companies participated actively in the discussions making the event a great success. The feedback from them has been very positive.

September 27th 2013: TORQUE’S one-day workshop on Enhancing Global Competitiveness through Lean Manufacturing in New Delhi received an overwhelming response. 25 members from various reputed companies participated actively in the discussions making the event a great success. The feedback from them has been very positive and we are now encouraged to conduct many more such programmes.

June 2013: TORQUE kicked off Ashok Leyland's supplier development meeting at their corporate headquarters. TORQUE's CEO Mr S K Manna and Senior Consultants, Mr S R Narayanan and Mr Dipankar Ghosh addressed and presented to nearly 40 key suppliers on Lean Management and its benefits to them. This included case studies and examples from several companies that TORQUE has worked with until now. Most suppliers were encouraged by the presentation and expressed willingness to engage with Ashok Leyland and TORQUE in a cluster development programme.

May 2013: TORQUE was pleased to present their valued client Windsor Machines in Ahmedabad their annual Certification of Appreciation award for being their best client for the year 2012-2013. Windsor Machines had successfully proven to have learnt, absorbed and implemented the concept of 5S throughout their plants showing significantly improved shop floors and offices. Congratulations to Windsor Machines!

February 2013: Torque Management has been entrusted to create a world-class green field Fan Project for one of its leading customers. The objectives are to establish state-of-the-art facilities, processes and system which shall be at least 50% higher productive with zero defect and 50% lower inventories than comparable Fan industries in India. Also, the project would be highly compact in terms of occupying space making most use of Flow Production System as per Toyota Production concept. Manning and its development would be done with great care and lot of innovativeness. Project would be established in phases keeping pace with Market Development.

July 2012: TORQUE partners with one of the largest commercial vehicle manufacturer to improve productivity of their Alwar Chassis shop.
