Mr. S K Manna – Founder and CEO
Before founding TORQUE, Mr. Manna has worked in the automotive, electrical and heavy engineering industries for more than twenty five years. Starting with BHEL, he has held leadership positions in Quality and Operations functions in these companies. His principal thrust has been towards meeting global challenges through implementation of Business Process Re-engineering, TQM, Lean and ISO/TS systems.
Mr. Manna is a Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur University, Calcutta and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Statistical Quality Control and Operations Research from Indian Statistical Institute.
Mrs. Ither Manna - Director (Operations)
She has natural instinct and a gifted mind on imparting behavioral and motivational trainings as part of Personality Development. She has an exceptional spiritual bent of mind and is extremely effective in driving positive mindset which is key to imbibing any other skill. Simplicity of the concept is the key about her training. She can fluently blend the concept of spirituality into the complex practical situations like dealing in conflicts, developing high class team work etc. She is a graduate in Science as well as Law from the University of Calcutta (now, Kolkata). She has rare distinction in making reforms in some leading industries with rather complex challenges. She is very innovative to deal in any day to day situation related to human mind. She is a founder Director of the company and is a great asset capable of making difference between success and failure.
Mr. Dipankar Ghosh – Senior Consultant
Dipankar
Mr. Ghosh’s key contributions include designing processes and implementing lean techniques to deliver high returns and eliminate waste. His experience includes developing facilities, teams, processes and products to meet demanding standards.
He is a certified Lead Assessor for the Business Continuity Management standard BS25999-2:2007 from the British Standards Institute.
Dipankar has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Calcutta and a Post Graduate Diploma in Statistical Quality Control and Operations Research from Indian Statistical Institute. He has worked in companies such as BHEL, Gabriel India, HP Pelzer in manufacturing and OfficeTiger (now an RR Donnelley company) in the IT-ITES sector.
