Who We Are

We are a team of experts, technocrats, educationists and business people engaged in helping our clients to implement best practices in their organizations. Our clients may belong to any type of industry vertical: Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Education, Hospitality, Non-profits and so on.

What We Do

There are three core areas where we work with our clients: Lean Implementation, People Development and Warehouse Organization.

In Lean Implementation we study your processes, understand your pain points and then go beyond just recommending improvements - we actually can demonstrate you how to do it through our Total Hand Holding Concept (THHC). We leverage our deep knowledge and experience in implementing Toyota Production System (TPS) concepts to drive change and improvements in your organization.

In People Development we provide tailor-made learning to your operators, engineers and managers on Lean and Quality Management. Whether it is for a couple of days or for longer durations we ensure that the experience is wholesome, interesting and the learnings are life-long.

For Warehouse Organization we support our clients to organize their workplaces to make them efficient, productive and structured. Again, we bring to bear all the leading edge concepts of Lean to create the best suited workplace for you. While, we have supported this activity for all sections within an organization such as the shop floor and the office, we have found the maximum impact to be obtained in warehouses and stores of the companies.
